Purpose and objectives

Responsibility:
•Liaise and assist directly with CFO and Japanese GM to set and monitor Financial KPI, Financial activities to all local companies within Asia Region
•Support and prepare Free Cash Flow & Financial Cash flow in the region and budget consolidate with CFO
•Manages full-sets of accounts, which include receivables, payables, inventory, fixed assets, cash receipts, cash disbursements, etc.
•Responsible for full scope of management accounting functions, including budgeting and budgetary control
•Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of financial reports.
•Ensures that financial reports are in compliance with corporate accounting policies/procedures and local, US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
•Prepares financial and management reports with meaningful commentary analysis. Interprets results as they affect the financial aspect of the company. Provides explanation of the company's financial performance that contributes to management's decision making.
•Liaises with banks, lease/ finance companies, etc., on accounting/ financial matters. Liaises with auditors, lawyers, consultants, regulatory bodies and other authorities on tax, audit and legal matters.
•Keeps abreast of new accounting pronouncements, tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.
•Liaise with India and Indonesia to ensure overall of accounting and financial processes
Qualification:
•Male / Female, Age between 28 - 35 years old
•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accountancy / Finance
•Thai Nationality Only
•At least 2 – 3 years of experience as Finance Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a manufacturing company
•Excellent command in both English (and Japanese is highly preferable)
•Good knowledge in IFRS, Thai and US GAAP
•Strong leadership skill with good judgment and decision making
•Advanced to business conversation level of Japanese (JLPT N2) is highly preferable
•Able to use Accounting and Finance Software (ERP/SAP)
•Working experience in automotive / manufacturing companies
Language Skill:
*English in Advanced to Business Conversation Level (TOEIC: 600)
*Japanese in Advanced Conversation Level (JPLT N2)

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.00 – 17.40)
