เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Issue invoices to business partners and suppliers, process payments, and manage payment schedules.
• Collect sales data and record and analyze expenses.
• Manage the company's funds, maintain a balance between income and expenditure, and optimize cash flow.
• Support accounting procedures, prepare financial statements, and handle accounting audits.
• Support the preparation and submission of tax returns and handle external audits.
• Other tasks might be assigned

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ให้กับหุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจและซัพพลายเออร์ ประมวลผลการชำระเงิน และจัดการตารางการชำระเงิน
• รวบรวมข้อมูลการขาย บันทึกและวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่าย
• จัดการเงินทุนของบริษัท รักษาสมดุลระหว่างรายรับและรายจ่าย และปรับปรุงกระแสเงินสดให้เหมาะสม
• สนับสนุนขั้นตอนการบัญชี จัดทำงบการเงิน และจัดการการตรวจสอบบัญชี
• สนับสนุนการจัดทำและส่งคืนภาษี และจัดการการตรวจสอบภายนอก
• อาจมอบหมายงานอื่นๆ



Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Female / Male
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related fields
• At least 3 years’ experience as Accounting in any manufacturing.
• Experience in billing and payment operations to contractors
• Conversational low level of English is preferable.
• Experience in Japanese manufacturer is preferable.
