ผู้จัดการหรือผู้จัดการอาวุโสฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Monitor and report on budget variances.
• Provide guidance and development support to the accounting staff, including assigning tasks and reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.
• Support audits conducted by an external audit company.
• Improve the operations of the accounting and finance departments.
• Partner with business leaders in accounting and finance.
• Share accounting knowledge and supervise subordinates.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดูแลการดำเนินงานบัญชีประจำวัน รวมถึงบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และบัญชีลูกหนี้
• จัดทำและนำเสนองบการเงินรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี
• รับรองการรายงานข้อมูลทางการเงินที่ถูกต้องและทันเวลาแก่ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
• ปฏิบัติตามและรักษาการควบคุมภายในและนโยบายการบัญชีที่แข็งแกร่ง
• ตรวจสอบกระแสเงินสดและรับรองสภาพคล่องเพียงพอสำหรับความต้องการด้านปฏิบัติการ
• ตรวจสอบและรายงานความคลาดเคลื่อนของงบประมาณ
• ให้คำแนะนำและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาแก่เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี รวมถึงการมอบหมายงานและตรวจสอบงานเพื่อความถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
• สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบที่ดำเนินการโดยบริษัทตรวจสอบภายนอก
• ปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานของแผนกบัญชีและการเงิน
• ร่วมมือกับผู้นำทางธุรกิจในด้านการบัญชีและการเงิน
• แบ่งปันความรู้ด้านการบัญชีและดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 38-50 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance from freight forwarding & Manufacturing industry.
• At least 5 years in management Manager level position.
• Strong in TAX for import-export.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), FWD, E-Filing, and others.
• CPD certification required.
• Advance conversation high in English. (Able to communicate with Japanese COO)
• Positive mindset, can-do attitude, and positive thinking.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
