Accounting Manager (80K–100K) (SDG-115895)
<Job responsibilities>
- Prepare and review financial statements and Supporting evidence.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Prepare and manage the accounting Department budget, reconcile differences from actual results monthly, and monitor performance against the budget.
- Review and analysis of the results of the financial & budget report.
- Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external audits, including scheduling and addressing audit issues for continuous improvement.
- Manage cash Flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability while reviewing all payments and receipts.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate taxes.
- Develop tax strategies within legal boundaries.
- Identify and address tax-related risk and provide advice and review tax-related issues raised by other departments or within the group company.
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and internal controls.
- Develop and execute KPIs setting in alignment with the organization's policy.
- Supervise, mentor and develop the accounting team's professional knowledge and skills.
- Verify the accuracy of the Japanese expats' payroll records.
- Implement and manage Microsoft D365.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting
- Experience 10 years in Accounting function from a corporate company.
- 5 years experience in management level with subordinates.
- knowledge and Experience in cash Management and corporate profit investment
- Have CPD license
- monthly and yearly account closing
- Conversational high Level in English
(Communication with Japanese Top Management and Documents)
- Have experience to take care of around 1,000 transactions/per month
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Have CPD license
- Experience in Microsoft D365
- Working experience in Japanese company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (15 Saturdays per year))
