Accounting Officer (28K–31K) (SDG-111365)
เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี
<Job responsibilities>
- Full scope of accounting (AR, AP, GL, inventory)
- Issue invoice, Prepare billing and Perform issue the receipts to customers
- Support Manager to do monthly and annual financial statement (annual audit report)
- Payment processes to suppliers
- Record voucher in accounting software (MAC5 Legacy)
- Prepare and submit Withholding tax and VAT and related (if any) to the revenue department)
- Other duties as assigned
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ครอบคลุมระบบบัญชีทั้งหมด (AR, AP, GL, สินค้าคงคลัง)
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้, เตรียมใบแจ้งหนี้และดำเนินการออกใบเสร็จรับเงินให้กับลูกค้า
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายสนับสนุนการจัดทำงบการเงินรายเดือนและรายปี (รายงานการตรวจสอบประจำปี)
- กระบวนการชำระเงินให้กับซัพพลายเออร์
- บันทึกหลักฐานการชำระเงินในซอฟต์แวร์บัญชี (MAC5 Legacy)
- จัดทำและนำส่งภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ถ้ามี) ให้กับกรมสรรพากร
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting position
- Conversational Middle to high-level of English
- Strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively on tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially in Excel
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working Experience in Japanese company

- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและมีทัศนคติที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้ระยะเวลาจำกัด
- มีความรู้ MS Office เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel
