Accounting Assistant Manager (40K–60K) (SDG-101447)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี

<Job responsibilities>
- Manage the team members and support GM
- Manage and proceed monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
- Prepare necessary documents for financial statements or consolidation financial reports
- Report and respond to Japanese management about financial issues
- Review and ensure all accounting or tax issues
- Manage cash flow statements
- Check if all processes are following the country's law
- Coordinate with other teams to be on time
- Coordinate with external parties such as government, auditors, banks, etc.
(Especially communicate with tax authorities is important)
- Support the external audit and respond to requests from the auditor
- Visit another factory and Check the progress
- Other tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดการสมาชิกในทีมและสนับสนุน GM
- จัดการและดำเนินการปิดบัญชีรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และสิ้นปี
- จัดทำเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับงบการเงินหรือรายงานทางการเงินรวม
- รายงานและตอบสนองต่อฝ่ายบริหารของญี่ปุ่นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาทางการเงิน
- ตรวจสอบและสนับสนุนปัญหาทางบัญชีหรือภาษีทั้งหมด
- จัดการงบกระแสเงินสด
- ตรวจสอบว่ากระบวนการทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามกฎหมายของประเทศหรือไม่
-ประสานงานกับทีมอื่นๆให้ตรงเวลา
- ประสานงานกับบุคคลภายนอก เช่น ภาครัฐ ผู้สอบบัญชี ธนาคาร เป็นต้น
(โดยเฉพาะการติดต่อสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานด้านภาษีเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ)
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบภายนอกและตอบสนองต่อคำขอจากผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
- เข้าพบโรงงานอื่นและตรวจสอบความคืบหน้า
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Accounting / Finance.
- At least 5 years experience in accounting, finance and tax
- Experience in management team members
- Conversational high level of English
- Hold or be able to register CPD License
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational high level of Japanese
- Experience in manufacturing company
- Experience in SAP system

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00

- มีหรือสามารถลงทะเบียนใบอนุญาต CPD ได้

- ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูง
- มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ในระบบ SAP
