Accounting Staff (17K – 20K) (SDG-110203)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบัญชี

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare AR report, Invoice and Debit note.
• Follow up with all concerned about overdue payment.
• Prepare output VAT report.
•Issue withholding tax certificate that related with petty cash transaction.
• Support accounting online shared point to collect account and finance information.
• Other tasks as assigned.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดทำรายงาน AR ใบแจ้งหนี้ และใบลดหนี้
• ติดตามการชำระเงินล่าช้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มขาออก
• ออกหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกรรมเงินสดย่อย
• สนับสนุนจุดร่วมออนไลน์ด้านบัญชีเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลบัญชีและการเงิน
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 21-30 years
• Female only
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting field
• Fresh grads are considered
• Daily conversational level of English
• Able to use MS Office

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None

Workplace Area: Amatanakorn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Sat: Every other Saturday)
