Accounting Staff (40K-60K) (SDG-76484)
เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี
<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitor and handle full scope of Accounting, GL, A/R-Receipt, A/P-Payment, Inventory, Fixed Asset, Tax, and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Control accurate record for all daily transactions.
- Prepare month-end, year-end closing process
- Issue invoice, tax invoice and billing to customer
- Other tasks assigned by Thai manager
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of accounting
- Overall accounting task experience for more than 5-7 years in trading company or manufacturing company
- Working experience as AP and AR task
- Good command of English (for internal communication)
- Computer skill in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High communication skill
- Can work long term
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience in Retail industry
- Can Join immediately
- Have CPD

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ตรวจสอบและจัดการแบบเต็มขอบเขตของการบัญชี, GL, A/R-Receipt, A/P-Payment, รายการทรัพย์สิน, สินทรัพย์ถาวร, ภาษี และรายงานระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อความถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- ควบคุมบันทึกที่ถูกต้องสำหรับธุรกรรมรายวันทั้งหมด
- จัดทำกระบวนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน สิ้นปี
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี และการเรียกเก็บเงินให้กับลูกค้า
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวไทย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 28-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์งานบัญชีโดยรวมมากกว่า 5-7 ปี ในบริษัทการค้าหรือบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นงาน AP และ AR
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อการสื่อสารภายใน)
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ทักษะการสื่อสารสูง
- สามารถทำงานระยะยาวได้

- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมค้าปลีก
