Accounting Staff (AR/Billing) (25K–30K) (SDG-106208)
เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี (AR/วางบิล)

<Job responsibilities>
- Check and Prepare AR document for billing to local /oversea customers.
- Liaise with customer who have Invoice queries.
- Assist in following up & chasing the payment w/local - receivables and oversea agent (WHT).
- Prepare journal voucher for daily settlement.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมเอกสาร AR เพื่อวางบิลกับลูกค้าในประเทศ/ต่างประเทศ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าที่มีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับ Invoice
- ช่วยเหลือในการติดตามและไล่การชำระเงินกับท้องถิ่น - ลูกหนี้และตัวแทนต่างประเทศ (WHT)
- จัดทำใบสำคัญบันทึกประจำวันเพื่อชำระหนี้รายวัน


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 29 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience as Accounting in AR / Billing

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Hybrid working operation 0-5 days, depends on team and projects, WIO 100% during under probation period))
