Accounting staff (Trading) (40K–50K) (SDG-108848)
เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี (การค้า)

<Job responsibilities>
- Handle monthly and annual financial statement (annual audit report)
- Making payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts/tax Invoice, record in ERP system
- Supporting issue Invoice to customer and AR collection process, and help to Maintain stock card
- Prepare VAT Input & VAT Output report (PP.30)& submit to revenue Department
- Record Fixed asset & Depreciation Expense.
- Record Prepaid expense, Accrued expense & monthly expense
- Other duties as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดทำงบการเงินประจำเดือนและประจำปี (รายงานการตรวจสอบประจำปี)
- ชำระเงิน ประมวลผลใบกำกับสินค้าขาเข้า และตรวจสอบใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี บันทึกในระบบ ERP
- การออก Invoice ให้กับลูกค้าและกระบวนการจัดเก็บ AR และช่วยดูแลสต๊อกการ์ด
- จัดทำรายงาน VAT Input & VAT Output (ภพ.30) และส่งกรมสรรพากร
- บันทึกสินทรัพย์ถาวรและค่าเสื่อมราคา
- บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายล่วงหน้า ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย และค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือน
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 27 - 34 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years experience as Accounting staff in a trading or manufacturing company
- Conversational high level of English
- Experience of monthly and yearly closing
- Have CPD license
- Good coordination skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Japanese company

Workplace Area: BTS Saint Louis
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
- มีประสบการณ์การปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปี
- มีใบอนุญาต CPD
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานที่ดี

- มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
