Accounting Supervisor (Full loop) (30K–60K) (SDG-111608)
เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี (Full loop)
<Job responsibilities>
- Summary of Billing according to customer Billing cycle.
- Receive Billing returns from customers.
- Find the customer's financial statement.
- Prepare a job report and a monthly report, such as AR&AP, sales amount, and expenses.
- Prepare and submit monthly taxation reports ( P.N.D.3/53 , P.P.30 ) for payment to the Revenue Department.
- Make an AP and AR report, a sales report, and an expense report for the group. Allocating expenses by number of employees is compared with profit and loss to ensure a match for the quarterly report.
- Making Billing and submitting it to customers on the due date (by EMS and email) to Collect money.
- Making a purchased VAT report and checking the transaction from the ERP system and P.P.30 form.
- Check the withholding tax slip with the withholding tax report, make the P.N.D.3/53 report for submission to the Revenue Department.
- Key details from the transfer of finished goods and the running production raw material picking list report and Prepare data to support job timetables and manufacturing costs.
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- สรุปยอดการวางบิลตามรอบบิลลูกค้า.
- รับใบแจ้งหนี้คืนจากลูกค้า
- ค้นหางบการเงินของลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานงานและรายงานประจำเดือน เช่น AR&AP, ยอดขาย และค่าใช้จ่าย
- จัดทำและนำส่งแบบรายงานภาษีประจำเดือน ( ภ.ง.3/53 , ภ.พ.30 ) เพื่อชำระให้แก่กรมสรรพากร
- จัดทำรายงาน AP และ AR รายงานการขาย และรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายของกลุ่ม จัดสรรค่าใช้จ่ายตามจำนวนพนักงานโดยเปรียบเทียบกับกำไรและขาดทุนเพื่อให้ตรงกับรายงานประจำไตรมาส
- ทำบิลและส่งให้ลูกค้าตามวันครบกำหนด (โดย EMS และ Email) เพื่อไปเรียกเก็บเงิน
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มที่ซื้อและตรวจสอบรายการจากระบบ ERP และแบบ ภ.พ.30
- ตรวจสอบใบหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ร่วมกับรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ทำแบบ ภ.ง.ด.3/53 เพื่อนำส่งกรมสรรพากร
- รายละเอียดสำคัญจากการโอนสินค้าสำเร็จรูปและรายงานรายการหยิบวัตถุดิบการผลิตที่กำลังดำเนินการ และจัดเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อรองรับตารางงานงานและต้นทุนการผลิต
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting field
- At least 3-5 years experience in Accounting (Full loop)
- Experienced as Senior, Supervisor, Assistant manager
- Able to close monthly accounting, financial statements quarterly and financial statements for the year.
- Conversational High to business in English (report to Singapore, email, report etc.)
- Skill in MS Excel
- Able to use accounting programs.
- Able to work under pressure, Strong and good relationship.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Skill in Mcframe ERP
- Having TOEIC score
- Early join candidate
- Have CPD license

- สามารถปิดบัญชีรายเดือน, งบการเงินรายไตรมาส และงบการเงินประจำปีได้
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (รายงานไปสิงคโปร์, อีเมล, รายงาน ฯลฯ)
- ทักษะ MS Excel
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
