เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี (AP/AR)

<Job Responsibilities>
Accountabilities:
- Manages all activities from invoices received /issued to payments/receipts and update of trading and financial system
- Maintain accurate financial records of payables / receivables transactions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (front office, operations, treasury, credit, and risk) to improve process and to influence for the right financial outcome

Duties:
- Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and timely updates to the trading and financial systems
- Keeps track of all payments and expense invoices and statements
- Closely monitor receivables against due dates and report on potential overdues on a timely basis
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records in financial systems
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Prepares analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Responds to stakeholders’ enquiries swiftly
- Proactively engage with the stakeholders to implement improvements to the payment and receivables processes

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 26-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in Accounting
- Strong in accounting AP/AR
- Familiar with ERP and excel.
- Fluent in both Thai and English (With Japanese DM)

- Can start immediately
- From the manufacturing field

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
ความรับผิดชอบ:
- จัดการกิจกรรมทั้งหมดจากใบแจ้งหนี้ที่ได้รับ / ออกไปจนถึงการชำระเงิน / ใบเสร็จรับเงินและการปรับปรุงการซื้อขายและระบบการเงิน
- รักษาบันทึกทางการเงินที่ถูกต้องของธุรกรรมเจ้าหนี้ / ลูกหนี้
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียภายใน (สำนักงานส่วนหน้า การดำเนินงาน คลัง เครดิต และความเสี่ยง) เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการและมีอิทธิพลต่อผลลัพธ์ทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม

หน้าที่:
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการชำระเงินตามใบแจ้งหนี้ของผู้ขายและใบสำคัญค่าใช้จ่ายและการอัปเดตทันเวลาสำหรับระบบการค้าและการเงิน
- ติดตามการชำระเงินและใบแจ้งหนี้และใบแจ้งยอดค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด
- ติดตามลูกหนี้อย่างใกล้ชิดตามวันที่ครบกำหนดและรายงานการค้างชำระที่เป็นไปได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- ดูแลแฟ้มบัญชีลูกหนี้และบันทึกในระบบการเงิน
- กระทบยอดงานที่ประมวลผลโดยการตรวจสอบรายการและเปรียบเทียบรายงานระบบกับยอดคงเหลือ
- จัดทำการวิเคราะห์บัญชีและจัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน
- ตอบสนองต่อข้อซักถามของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอย่างรวดเร็ว
- มีส่วนร่วมเชิงรุกกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเพื่อดำเนินการปรับปรุงกระบวนการชำระเงินและลูกหนี้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 26-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3 ปี ด้านบัญชี
- มีความแข็งแกร่งในด้านบัญชี AP/AR
- คุ้นเคยกับ ERP และ excel
- คล่องแคล่วทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ (กับ MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น)

- ประสบการณ์จากสาขาการผลิต
