Work Outline: Be responsible for general affair
Duties & Responsibility:
•Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
•Collect and manage the slips
•Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
•In charge of internal purchasing, office material
•In charge of work place physical environment
•Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned
•Be responsible for allocate buses for customer as necessary
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality male or female, Age 25-35
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business(any related field is preferable)
•MS office(word, excel, and power point)
•Good English skill
•Experience of admin at least 3 years
[Prefer]
•Business level English
•Business level Japanese
•Experience of sales toward Travel agency or Hotels
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level(Speaking, writing)
Japanese: Above N2 Level (prefer)
Workplace Area: SRT / Ramkhamhaeng
Working Hour:8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
