Responsible for all administration task
(Detail)
Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
In charge of internal purchasing, office material
In charge of work place physical environment
Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Female, Thai Nationality age 24 - 40 years old
Bachelor Degree in any related field
1 or 2 year of working experience in administrative or HR field
Good command of English
[Preferable]
Japanese will be advantaged
Languages skills:
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area:BTS Asoke,
Working Hour:9.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-30,000 THB/ Month
