Duties & Responsibility:

Prepare documents for Visa and work-permit for company’s foreign employees (the company is using outsources for applying work-permit and visa) 

Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office

Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue 

In charge of internal purchasing, office material 

Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned 


Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Thai Nationality, Female only, Age: 22 – 26 years old 

Bachelor Degree Business Administration, HR, other related fields 

Fresh graduates are welcome

1 yr. exp. in Admin / HR 

Able to communicate in English language in conversational to business level

[Prefer]

Good interpersonal 

Energetic & Active but calm and friendly 


Languages skills:

ENGLISH: Advanced Conversational Level 


Workplace Area: 7 minutes by car from MRT Petchaburi or BTS Ploenchit


Working Hour:8.15 – 17.15 (Monday – Friday) (Able to work 2 Saturdays per year – half day)

About the Benefit

Salary: 20,000THB – 30,000THB
