Duties & Responsibility:
Prepare documents for Visa and work-permit for company’s foreign employees (the company is using outsources for applying work-permit and visa)
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
In charge of internal purchasing, office material
Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female only, Age: 22 – 26 years old
Bachelor Degree Business Administration, HR, other related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome
1 yr. exp. in Admin / HR
Able to communicate in English language in conversational to business level
[Prefer]
Good interpersonal
Energetic & Active but calm and friendly
Languages skills:
ENGLISH: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: 7 minutes by car from MRT Petchaburi or BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour:8.15 – 17.15 (Monday – Friday) (Able to work 2 Saturdays per year – half day)
