Work Outline: Responsible for all administration for support back office and HR Tasks + VISA/Work Permit Support
Duties & Responsibility:
•Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
•Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
•Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
•In charge of internal purchasing, office material
•In charge of recruiting new employee
•Assist Japanese GM for other admin task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, Female Only Age: 38– 45
•Bachelor Degree in any related field
•Good command of English and Japanese
•5-10 year of working experience in Administrative
•Good interpersonal skill
[Prefer]
•Experience of working for Japanese Company
Languages skills
English: TOEIC 600 or above
Japanese: JLPT 1-2 (Business)
Workplace Area: MRT Silom /BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour:8:30 – 17:30
