Administration Staff (25K–35K) (SDG-117774)
<Job responsibilities>
- Assist with all Human Resources and administrative tasks, including managing time attendance, overtime, recruitment, office supplies, company car maintenance, uniforms, and organizing company events.
- Handle visa processes, work permits, and 90-day reports for foreign employees (Non-B Visa and Work Permit).
- Liaise with various government and external agencies (e.g., Revenue Department, Social Security Office, Department of Business Development).
- Oversee and manage the driver team and cleaning staff.
- Manage compensation and benefits, employee birthday celebrations, and company activities.
- Order Office supplies, including Wi-Fi, printers, and other equipment.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience as HR & Admin staff.
- Experience in visa and Work permit
- Experience in organizing company events, outings, and activities.
- Conversational middle to Communicate with internal, documents, and email.
- Ability to take swift action and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Adaptable, and able to Work flexible hours.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, a cheerful attitude, and creativity.
- Capable of working under pressure and maintaining patience.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to Communicate in Japanese

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri-Implemented flexible working time, employee can choose working time from 7:00 to 9:30 depend on employee’s life style)
