Job Detail

Administrative & Accounting Staff (23K–35K) (SDG-117802)

<Job responsibilities>
- Follow up and manage administrative tasks, documents, and appointments for executives efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations of administration and accounting.
- Handle financial and accounting documents, such as issuing receipts, payment vouchers, and others.
- Provide advice on administrative and accounting practices to employees.
Issue invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and follow up on payment collections from clients.
- Manage petty cash, check payments, and record accounting expenses.
- Prepare monthly Expense estimates and Create summary reports for the parent company in Japan.
- Assist in preparing employee information for payroll processing.
- Review and control office expenses.
- Update official documents, such as company registrations and financial reports, with government authorities.
- Maintain employee Data and update employment status or changes.
- Prepare documents and process work permit applications, visas (Not using outsource, manage by own), and prepare the annual BOI report.
- Calculate personal income tax (PND1) and social security (SSO).
- Prepare documents for withholding tax (P.N.D.53) and value-added tax (P.N.D.30).
- Support other tasks, general administrative duties, and other related work as assigned by supervisors.
- Assist the Sales team by preparing customer performance Data, conducting market research, and studying regulations in Thailand and Japan.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting.
- At least 2 years of Overall Administration or Accounting field
- Have accounting Experience
- Good command of MS Excel including Pivot, V look up (to manage accounting and other tasks via Excel)
- Conversational High level in English (Internal meeting, Coordinate with Japanese HQ)
- Proficient in using computers and office software applications.
- Detail-oriented with Strong document management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can immediately join is High advantage
- knowledge of Japanese language skills
