Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
In charge of internal purchasing, office material
Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female Only, Age 26-40
Bachelor Degree in any related field
Good command of English
1-2 year of working experience in Administrative/HR but if the candidate has very good personality and can start working as soon as possible, it is fine.
[Prefer]
Experience of working for Japanese Company.
Experience of handling payroll and VISA/Work Permit Support
Languages skills:
ENGLISH : TOEIC 750 or above (*Business Level )
JAPANESE : Not Require
Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai / Bangkok
Working Hour:08.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
