Duties & Responsibility:

(Work Outling) :  
To lead, supervise and conduct Human resources & general affair functions

: To streamline HR process & procurement process relevant to out client Group’s policy and work in collaboration with admin members in overseas subsidiary countries

Human resource management

-HR planning & strategy

-Recruitment

-Performance appraisal

-Compensation & benefit

-Discipline

-Safety & health

-Labor relation

-HR database & analysis

Human resource development

-On board training program

-People training

-People development plan & talent review

-Performance evaluation system

General Affair

-Purchasing

-Office administrative issues ; rental agreement,  renovation, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.

-EXPAT visa  & work permit

-Special event  ; New year party, company trip , etc.

Internal Relationship:

  • Executive team
  • Managers
  • HR colleagues

External Relationship:

  • External vendors
  • Legal advisors
  • HR/General Affairs Managers in subsidiary countries

Qualification:

  (Must)

  • Thai Nationality Only, Male/ Female (Female is preferable) Age:  Above 35 years
  • At least Bachelor Degree in HR or related fields
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Administrative Management ,HR management or Development
  • Excellent team leader & interpersonal skill, collaboration, and dynamic.
  • Excellent people analysis
  • Project  management
  • Very good English skill in both speaking and writing
  • MS office skill
  • Innovative, Change management

 (Preferable Qualification)

  • Experience being HRD Consultant for Leasing & Finance Company before.
  •  

    Workplace Area:              Wittayu / Bangkok        

                     

    Working Hour:                  9:00 – 18.00

     

    About the Benefit

    Salary:  40,000-70,000 THB/ Month     

    - Annual Leave 6 days
    - Bonus
