Aftersales Planning Assistant Manager (Marine Engines) (40K–60K) (SDG-107422)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายวางแผนหลังการขาย (เครื่องยนต์ทางทะเล)

<Job responsibilities>
- Plan and control budget of the department.
- Collaborate with other company's office as well as Distributors to promote regional aftersales strategy.
- Develop operation guidelines and standards in order to promote regional aftersales strategy.
- Evaluate and Provide solutions for Distributors regarding the aftersales operations.
- Evaluate and conduct operational training for Distributor's aftersales personnel.
- Other tasks as assigned.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- วางแผนและควบคุมงบประมาณของแผนก
- ร่วมมือกับสำนักงานอื่นของบริษัทรวมถึงตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อส่งเสริมกลยุทธ์หลังการขายในระดับภูมิภาค
- พัฒนาแนวทางและมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานเพื่อส่งเสริมกลยุทธ์หลังการขายระดับภูมิภาค
- ประเมินและจัดหาโซลูชั่นสำหรับตัวแทนจำหน่ายเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานหลังการขาย
- ประเมินและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมการปฏิบัติงานสำหรับบุคลากรหลังการขายของผู้จัดจำหน่าย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 34 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related Engineering fields
- Over 8 years of experience in Marine Engines or Automotive Aftersales (especially in Field service – Aftersales business planning, Dealer development)
- Conversational High in English both writing and speaking (Communicate with oversea distributor, customers)
- Able to travel in overseas and domestic (Company car with driver is provided)
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data Analysis
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Management Experience
- TOEIC Score 700 up

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Lat Krabang, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday <Saturday Working: depend on company's calendar (around 1 Sat per month, 7 Sat per year)>Flexible starting hour: 7.30-9.00 am. and count for 9 hours (including lunch break))

- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 8 ปีในด้านเครื่องยนต์ทางทะเลหรือบริการหลังการขายของยานยนต์ (โดยเฉพาะในด้านการบริการภาคสนาม – การวางแผนธุรกิจหลังการขาย การพัฒนาตัวแทนจำหน่าย)
- ภาษาอังกฤษสูงทั้งการเขียนและการพูด (สื่อสารกับผู้จัดจำหน่ายต่างประเทศลูกค้า)
- สามารถเดินทางทั้งในและต่างประเทศได้ (มีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับให้)
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน PowerPoint, Excel และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
