Aftersales Strategy Planning Senior Officer (Automobile) (30K–43K) (SDG-107432)
เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายวางแผนกลยุทธ์หลังการขาย (ยานยนต์)
<Job responsibilities>
- Draw an aftersales direction and strategy as regional headquarter.
- Facilitate the project to maximize customer satisfaction and Increase aftersales revenue.
- Organize the regional events and meeting to support the business for local offices and distributors.
- Conduct performance check and Provide training to improve service operation.
- Promote digitalization for customer relation enhancement and work efficiency up.
- Monitor KPI and report to Management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- กำหนดทิศทางและกลยุทธ์หลังการขายในฐานะสำนักงานใหญ่ระดับภูมิภาค
- อำนวยความสะดวกในโครงการเพื่อเพิ่มความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและเพิ่มรายได้หลังการขาย
- จัดกิจกรรมและการประชุมระดับภูมิภาคเพื่อสนับสนุนธุรกิจให้กับสำนักงานและตัวแทนจำหน่ายในพื้นที่
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพและจัดฝึกอบรมเพื่อปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานบริการ
- ส่งเสริมการใช้ดิจิทัลเพื่อยกระดับความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
- ติดตาม KPI และรายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหาร
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Aftersales Service, or Strategy Planning
- 2 years’ experience related with Automobile, Automotive Parts
- Conversational High in English both writing and speaking (Communicate with oversea distributor, customers, report to Japanese Manager)
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data Analysis
- Able to travel overseas
- Excellent in interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to Facilitate projects from planning through to execution
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- TOEIC Score 700 up

Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday <Saturday Working: depend on company's calendar (around 1 Sat per month, 7 Sat per year)>Flexible starting hour: 7.30-9.00 am. and count for 9 hours (including lunch break))

- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษสูงทั้งการเขียนและการพูด (สื่อสารกับผู้จัดจำหน่ายในต่างประเทศ ลูกค้า รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน PowerPoint, Excel และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้
- มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การสื่อสาร และการเจรจาต่อรองเป็นอย่างดี
- ความสามารถในการอำนวยความสะดวกโครงการตั้งแต่การวางแผนจนถึงการดำเนินการ
