Job Detail

Air Export Customer Service Staff @Suvarnabhumi (18K-24K) (SDG-40701)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Negotiate Air freight rate & other surcharge with Airline/GSA/Key Agent
 Taking care of procurement tasks
 Announce updated Airlines information (e.g. promotion rate) to Sales team
 Solve problem with carrier/co-loader if any rate or local charge dispute
 Arrange booking with Airline/GSA/Key Agent
 Support CS staff



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any related field
 Minimum 2 years’ experience as procurement / Customer service/ Export position in Freight Forwarder company
 Experience in Air freight
 Understand procurement process
 Good negotiate skill
 Good communicate in English both speaking and writing
 Service mind and team work

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 None

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: ARL Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
