Application Consultant (ERP) (45K-65K) (SDG-51330)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Providing technical support to customer; answer customer questions, provide customer training, and resolve customer problems
 Supporting on troubleshoot existing software applications (ERP)
 Training user how to use the software efficiently
 Performing the technical support and after sales service.(in Bangkok and Industrial area)
 Gathering, analysis and understand the customer requirement and convert into functional application and workflow using key analytical skills.
 Other tasks assigned by manager



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
 Bachelor degree
 5 years’ experience as a Technical Support, Service, Application Engineer
 Proven experience of implementing ERP system (Module : Production, Trade, Logistic) such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Infor LN, Infor Syteline, IFS Application
 Knowledge of Production management system ERP
 Able to communicate in English (Advances con mid)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
