Job Highlight

Work Outline: Research and understand the process of business also analyze the issues and requirements of Business Process


Duties & Responsibility:

•Study the details of the projects for processing the plan, contact with developer and user to complete the project on time

•Test the Requirement Spec and prepare the document for Test Script with the Developers and proceed the report to the management team

•Create the manual of developing system and related programs for the references and development in the future

•Conduct the long term plan especially the maintenance system effectively also plan and develop the system to suit with the upcoming technology along with the company’s policy

•Assist the supervisor and do the assigned tasks

Qualifications:

[Must]

•Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25 – 35 

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field

•2-3 years’ experience in help desk or service desk

•Technical knowledge of SQL command (Beginner or Expert)

•Knowledgeable in basis of Hardware and Software of computer

•Having an ability to teach and train new members

•Problem solving skill

•Good communication and negotiation skill

•If the candidate has experiences in Insurance company or business would be an advantage

•Good in interpersonal skill and English conversational to business level



[Prefer]

•Knowledge in Linux or UNIX platform especially CentOS will be advantage.

•Knowledge and experience in open source software such as Asterisk and Open Office will be advantage.


Languages skills 

English: Advanced conversational level 


Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit

Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (Monday –Friday)

Salary: 20,000-35,000 THB/ Month
