Assistant Production Manager (25K–35K) (SDG-104315)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต

<Job responsibilities>
- Set production policy and plan
- Supervise production plans
- Supervise repairs, maintenance of machines used, production problem solving and preventive actions.
- Develop production to increase efficiency.
- Estimate work with other agencies.
- Train and evaluate subordinates
- Do work assigned by management.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- กำหนดนโยบายและแผนการผลิต
- ดูแลแผนการผลิต
- ดูแลการซ่อมแซม บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ การแก้ปัญหาการผลิต และการดำเนินการป้องกัน
- พัฒนาการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
- ประมาณการทำงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ
- ฝึกอบรมและประเมินผลลูกน้อง
- ทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer or any related field.
- At least 5 years working experience
- Experience in Production manager for 3-5 years
- Have working or managing experience as production for 5-7 years
- Good command in English (for daily conversation)
- Able to use Microsoft Office

Language Skill
English level : Basic
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)

- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต 3-5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานหรือบริหารจัดการด้านการผลิตมา 5-7 ปี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับการสนทนาในชีวิตประจำวัน)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้
