Assistant Division Manager (Cross Border Transportation)
(45K-55K) (SDG-21618)
<Job Responsibilities>
 manage and control the activities for the land transportation both domestic and cross border movements, trip planning, route planning, cost control and vehicle utilization to ensure achievement of respective sales target, business plan, and meet the customers satisfaction
 Maintain and improve standard of operating procedures for billing, documentation handover and collection including insurance and claim process for damaged cargo and truck
 Oversee and motivate sales team in order to synergize their efforts towards the sales targets
 Involvement in sales process, joint visits to customers both existing customer and new customer.
 Assure reach defined KPI's or performance standards
 Administrate operation for invoicing and collection
 Analyze expenditure and other information reporting to Head of Operation and Department manager
 Other tasks as assigned


Workplace Area: MRT Ratchadapisek, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(mon-fri and sat 9:00-12:00 (twice a month))

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 35-45 years
 Bachelor's degree in logistics or any related field
 At least 5 years’ experience in Cross Border Transportation
 Knowledge in cross border regulation, custom process, administrative and financial
 Good communication in English is a must
 Ability to negotiate with truckers, custom brokers, etc.
 Strong negotiation, decision maker, problem solving and interpersonal skills
 Demonstrated staff management and leadership skills
