Assistant Export Sales Manager (Chinese Speaking) (40K–90K) (SDG-110388)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายส่งออก (ภาษาจีน)

<Job responsibilities>
- Enhance sales volume of Export to achieve the company target
- Manage the sales team to achieve the KPI target
- Seek new customers and new target (new client 100%)
- To plan and provide the strategy to achieve the company's target
- To prepare and manage the export budget be achieve the company's target
- Report about the market situation and sales volume every month.
- Manage internal & external customer complaints and feedback.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Dept about product Delivery & concerns to achieve the company target.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- เพิ่มปริมาณการขายส่งออกให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- บริหารทีมงานขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI
- หาลูกค้าใหม่และเป้าหมายใหม่ (ลูกค้าใหม่ 100%)
- วางแผนและกำหนดกลยุทธ์เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- จัดทำและบริหารจัดการงบประมาณส่งออกให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- รายงานสถานการณ์ตลาดและยอดขายทุกเดือน
- จัดการข้อร้องเรียนและข้อเสนอแนะของลูกค้าภายในและภายนอก
- ประสานงานกับแผนกโลจิสติกส์เกี่ยวกับการส่งมอบสินค้าและอื่นๆ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and administration & related field
- Experience at least 5 years in the export sales in FMCG business
- Conversation high level in English
- Conversation high-level and business Chinese (HSK 5)
- Able to Visit overseas customer
- Good leadership and A good combination of process, people, and detail-oriented styles, especially the Ability to handle the drivers & loaders is essential.

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Lat Lum Kaeo, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00 on Friday), flexible for visiting clients, according to company's regulations)

- ปริญญาตรี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจและบริหารธุรกิจ และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายส่งออกในธุรกิจ FMCG อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
- ภาษาจีนระดับสูงและธุรกิจ (HSK 5)
- สามารถไปพบลูกค้าต่างประเทศได้
- ความเป็นผู้นำที่ดีและการผสมผสานระหว่างกระบวนการ ผู้คน และรูปแบบการใส่ใจในรายละเอียดได้ดี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งความสามารถในการจัดการคนขับ
