Duties & Responsibility:
- Managing Human Resource Training and Development Planning with line manager
- Managing overall functions in Training and Development process both of internal and external course.
- Continuously improving training and development processes and procedures to fit with business needs.
- Develop and implement training programs to support business operations and individual staff development.
- Conduct training evaluation, follow-up results and reports.
- Conduct and continuous improvement with company new joiner orientation program.
- Manage report to skill development department as monthly and yearly based on skills development department practice.
- Manage and up to date company training record.
- Summary training report and other development activities to propose with monthly management meeting.
Qualification:
[Must]
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or related field
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in full spectrum of human resources development function.
- Strong knowledge for development guideline and basic concept including training administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Can work under pressure, good analysis and problem solving skills.
Workplace Area: Silom / Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8.30 – 17.30)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-50,000 THB/ Month
