About this Job
Purpose and objectives:
    Working in this position you will have chances to work closely with the highest authority of leading company. Where you will able to gain a lot of knowledge and valuable experience to grow up in your career. Directly support Managing Director, contact with VIP clients, involve in top management meeting, etc.  

Duties & Responsibility:
    The role of assistant to Managing Director is a diverse role and requires an energetic person who possesses a genuine drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
•   Collaborate professional documents and prepare presentations as well as summarize all the reports to send to regional office
•   Assist Managing Director to monitor and manage budget performance and coordinate with Marketing & Sales Division and Finance & Admin division to follow and update actual sales 
•   All work is carried out with quality, high standard and timeliness, maintaining confidentiality at all times
•   Use initiative to support the Managing Director though providing first draft letters, communications materials, presentations etc. Producing good quality presentations including PowerPoint and written briefings
•   Deal with correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
•   Perform related duties as assigned            

Qualification:
•   Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female, Age: 30 or over
•   Bachelor Degree or Master degree any related field 
•   Minimum of 8 years of working experience in assisting senior management
•   Solid experience in assisting senior management in preparing various and complex report for regional office, preferable in performing task in a multinational company
•   Excellent English and Japanese skills is a MUST both written and spoken
•   Computer literacy, especially in spreadsheet and power point
•   Strong coordination skills to effectively manage internal and external liaisons are important
•   Self-motivated, result oriented, pro-active, “willing-to-do” person
•   Attention to details, accuracy ability to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements
•   Dynamics, bright, experience to work in Japanese culture and environment and understand Japanese culture/way of thinking
•   Able to work under pressure
        *English: Fluent (TOEIC:850 or over)
        *Japanese: Business Level (Fluent, JLPT N2 or over)
