BOI Assistant Manager (EMS) (50K–60K) (SDG-107413)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการบีโอไอ (EMS)

<Job responsibilities>
- Oversee day-to-day operations related to BOI and Customs and provide adequate support to the team
- Oversee and ensure compliance with BOI and Customs
- Manage and support import/export-related operations
- Communicate BOI/Customs regulatory updates to relevant departments
- Extend BOI privilege and submit a report of company performance to BOI
- HTS Classification
- Others duties as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BOI และศุลกากร และให้การสนับสนุนทีมงานอย่างเพียงพอ
- ดูแลและรับรองการปฏิบัติตาม BOI และศุลกากร
- จัดการและสนับสนุนการดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า/ส่งออก
- สื่อสารข้อมูลล่าสุดด้านกฎระเบียบของ BOI/ศุลกากร ไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ขยายสิทธิพิเศษ BOI และส่งรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทต่อ BOI
- การจำแนกประเภท HTS
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Working experience in BOI and Import-Export for more than 8 years
- knowledge of BOI and BOI laws
- Management skills
- Conversational high level English language skills (for email/documentation)
- Good Microsoft Excel skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic Management or a related field
- Can join immediately or short period of notice
- Familiarity with Customs broker qualifications, inbound and outbound clearance processes, free zone regulations, and Customs/ BOI systems is highly desirable.

- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน BOI และนำเข้า-ส่งออก มามากกว่า 8 ปี
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย BOI
- ทักษะการจัดการ
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (สำหรับอีเมล/เอกสาร)
- มีทักษะ Microsoft Excel ดี
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันที
- มีความคุ้นเคยกับคุณสมบัติของนายหน้าศุลกากร กระบวนการวิธีการขาเข้าและขาออก กฎระเบียบของเขตปลอดอากร และระบบศุลกากร/BOI เป็นอย่างดี
