Business Analyst (40K-60K) (SDG-29481)
<Job Responsibilities>
Plan, design and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities
Analyze business requirements and processes and communicate these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates from organization
Review test scenarios and test plans to be used in testing business applications to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system designed
Assist in analyzing testing results throughout the project
Facilitate meetings with Business users to gather business requirements and document preparation
Assist in coordinating business analysis tasks on the project and provide support to other team members
Assist in analyzing results in all phases
Assist with developing the methods and procedures required to identify whether current business goals and objectives meet organizational needs
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT or related fields
3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis in Commercial banking business Credit process or/and financial industry
Interpersonal and good communication skills
Presentation skill
Analytical thinking with ability of data analysis and resolve complex problems
