Job Detail

・To proactively find new target customer and acquire new business (Hunting new customers).
・To conduct regular customer visit and extend excellent presentation on overall business.
・To prepare, review & sign quotations.
・To conduct internal roll out meetings for handover new acquired customers to operation team.
・To handle the overall customer satisfaction of newly acquired customer.
・Develop personnel pipeline for potential opportunity
・To handle & prepare rate /tender inquiries and special projects for overseas offices/ agents.
・To maintain excellent relation with potential K/A customers to obtain the chance to enter future biddings.
・To be regular update and provide sales reports.
・Any assignments by superior

・Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fields.
・Minimum 5 years work experience in Logistics (3PL), Global Freight Forwarder.
・Minimum 2 years work experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
・Advance conversation high in English ( to use in email and communicate with report line )
・Computer literate (MS office).
・Experience in LCL product will be advantage
・Excellent customer service mind.
・Have in work experience in freight forwarding industry
