Being responsible for Thailand’s (including Vietnam Country) business development in Manage, direct and control all services jobs both management ,documentary and activities field

1. Planning administration
Ability to diagnosis to the entire service organization issues and responsible to establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
Be responsible to create organizational capabilities, approaches, systems, process, resource requirements and tools to support and drive strategy to achieve the company setting targets and work targets.
Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.
Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans.
Maintains the service work targets of cost effectiveness and quality by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; recommending system improvements.
Identify potential customers and the demand for spare part products and develop strategies in sales promotion.
2. Financial management
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Provide recommendations regarding investments and cash strategies.
Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit.
Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company.
Provide vision and leader ship in long - range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency of the company.
Provide recommendations regarding effective utilization of long and short term debt, including refinancing and purchasing/sales.
Oversee fundraising efforts.
Initiate cost saving initiatives
3. Manpower and Quality Management
Oversee and Insure accurate service documentation, system and quality control data and records.
Oversee service operations activities to insure high safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and agreements.
Ensure client and vendor file integrity (documents, analytical information where required, communication notations, etc.).
Maintain general oversight and insure accuracy of records including spare part Inventory etc.
Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management.
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Responsible for overseeing service operation scheduling and manpower capacity & effectiveness.
Policy development and documentation.
Employee Performance management and improvement systems;
Provide an environment where all employees can develop their skills to meet the demands of the business.
Successors planning by conducting training needs analysis in technical, Leadership and management skill for the image of service professionalism.
Company-wide committee facilitation including planning, operation, staff and Board of Directors, including arranging meetings and agendas, attending and minuting meetings.
Coordinate internally and externally concerning governmental offices so as to obtain licenses necessary for company business.
Conduct concerning documents filing pertaining to significant governmental offices.
Follow up schedule plan in connection with company business and governmental offices.
Store all necessary contracts and documents of company.
Study newly issued laws and regulations regarding automotive business.
Other assignment from General Manager and Manager.
Collect internally and externally data and analyze information of company business at the meetings.
Qualification:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male only, Age 40 years old up.
Good command of English (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields
At least 5 years direct experience in managerial position of any Japanese industry with the field of business management, planning , evaluation and financial oversight.
Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations
Strong Proven skills in business management, financial management and effective problem - solving and mediation skills

Able to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization with a high pressure environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise manpower
Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated ability to multi - task and work in a fast - paced office setting.
