<Job Responsibilities>
Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives
Professionally present and answer questions about products to get customers' order and meet daily target
Enter and update customer information in the database
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-30 years old
Bachelor's Degree diploma in any field
Able to work with daily target
Fresh grad are welcome
English : Basic and above

Workplace Area MRT Lumpini/BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
Working Hour: (-5 days/week (depends on individual calendar) -2 shift (09.30-18.30 and 12.00-21.00))
