<Job Responsibilities>
1. Responsible to take care of and perform coordination work for Japanese Executives and their families
> Before start working in Thailand
- Prepare invitation letter for getting permission to work in Thailand (coordinate with agent)
- Prepare mobile phone/laptop/create email/car+driver/business card and etc.
> During working in Thailand
- Renew Visa/Work Permit of Japanese Executives and their families (coordinate with agent)
- Renew golf course member and transfer membership once existing member resign
- Provide assistance in other matters
> Quit the job from Thailand
- Proceed to cancel Visa/Work permit for Japanese Executives and their families (coordinate with agent)
- Proceed to cancel email/mobile phone number/car+driver
- Prepare resignation from / get laptop and moblie phone back
2. Administration work at head office
- Set up budget, analyze, compare Business Plan in each year.
- Control and supervise maid / messenger / outsourcing driver
- Coordinate with Iron Mountain to store document at warehouse
- Prepare rubber stamp, employee business card, order company envelop
- Manage meeting room and company area to be neat and ready to use
- Purchase stationery and medicine via online
- Inspect and count asset together to accounting department
- Get company document from government agency such as affidavit, shareholder list and etc.
- manage online car booking
- manage stamp duty / advance money
- Record company expense, check the correctness of invoice before getting payment approval from GM then circulate to accounting department.
- Prepare document for shareholder meeting / Prepare booklet of MOA and AOA
3. Coordination work with factory- Issue an invoice for electricity selling to PEA
- Getting check from selling electricity
- Make payment to Power Development Fund and get receipt via eLicensing
- Renew licenses such as Power Generation License, Halal, CFS4. Support HR work
- Prepare things for new joiner such as create email, notebook, stationery
- Support coordination work with company employee and their welfares
- Support recruitment work
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative or GA work
- Able to communicate/write email in English
- Have good communication and coordination skills and good human relations
- Have a passion for service- Knowledgeable, highly responsible, patient and dedicated in responsible duties
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- If having experience in visa / WP extension of foreigners will be an advantage
- Japanese skill
