Client Service (Sales and account management) – Mid Junior ~ Senior position (40K–100K) (SDG-108514)
เจ้าหน้าที่จูเนียร์-อาวุโสฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (การขายและการจัดการบัญชี)

<Job responsibilities>
- Sales activities to customers
- Before PO, all communication with the client
- Proposals preparation (incl quotation, timeline etc) and presentation
- After PO, either of any projects. orientation to project team (work breakdown & create gantt chart+ instructions to the persons in charge)
- Support project team till delivery of report presentation & continuous communication with customers afterward to expand business
*- Annually 5+million THB target amount for earning research projects
- Other tasks as assigned


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- กิจกรรมการขายให้กับลูกค้า
- ก่อน PO ทุกการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า
- การเตรียมข้อเสนอ (รวมถึงใบเสนอราคา ไทม์ไลน์ ฯลฯ) และการนำเสนอ
- หลัง PO โครงการใดโครงการหนึ่ง ปฐมนิเทศทีมงานโครงการ (แบ่งงาน & สร้างแผนภูมิแกนต์ + คำแนะนำแก่บุคคลที่รับผิดชอบ)
- สนับสนุนทีมงานโครงการจนถึงการส่งมอบรายงานการนำเสนอและการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่องในภายหลังเพื่อขยายธุรกิจ
*- มูลค่าเป้าหมาย 5+ ล้านบาทต่อปีสำหรับการทำโครงการวิจัย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field (related to Economics / Commerce / Marketing / Marketing research is preferable)
- The persons who have 3-5 years or more experience working in Marketing Research Agency in the past
- Having Marketing Research knowledge/skill or Research-clients, especially
Quantitative study and Ad-hoc projects (not database data selling, tracking involvement)
- Working Experience as market Research staff in any industry
- Able to understand client's business issue and propose solution
- Business level of English (written and spoken, Use English internally and externally)
- Business development skill (develop new client)
- Business level of English
- Presentation skill
- Good communication skill and problem solving skill
- Can work under pressure and work proactively
- Have IT literacy
- Have a passion for doing Research
- Personality: Honest and discipline, Willingness to Self-learning,“Can Do“ attitude
- Stay in more than 2 years in each company

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri * Flex time ( they can come to the office from 8 to 11 and work 9 hrs))

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 30 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เกี่ยวข้องกับเศรษฐศาสตร์ / พาณิชยศาสตร์ / การตลาด / การวิจัยการตลาดจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานใน Marketing Research Agency ในอดีต 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้/ทักษะการวิจัยการตลาดหรือลูกค้าวิจัยโดยเฉพาะ
การศึกษาเชิงปริมาณและโครงการเฉพาะกิจ (ไม่ใช่การขายข้อมูลฐานข้อมูล การติดตามการมีส่วนร่วม)
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่วิจัยตลาดในอุตสาหกรรมใดๆ
- สามารถเข้าใจปัญหาทางธุรกิจของลูกค้าและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขได้
- ภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ (เขียนและพูด ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษภายในและภายนอกองค์กร)
- ทักษะการพัฒนาธุรกิจ (พัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่)
- ทักษะการนำเสนอ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีและมีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหา
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และทำงานเชิงรุกได้
- มีความรู้ด้านไอที
