Commercial Officer/Senior (40K–80K) (SDG-118386)
<Job responsibilities>
[Supplier & Procurement Management]
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best value in materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to align with project budgets and sustainability goals.
- Oversee procurement strategies to Support timely and eco-friendly project execution.
[Client Engagement & Relationship Management]
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain Strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company in presentations, bids, and negotiations.
[Project Oversight & Coordination]
- Work closely with project managers to Oversee the commercial aspects of ongoing construction projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Address any contractual or financial issues that arise during project execution.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- For Officer Level, at least 3 years of experience in sales, sales engineer, business development, project management, or commercial roles within the construction industry.
- For Senior Level, at least 5 years of experience in sales, sales engineer ,business development, project management, or commercial roles within the construction industry.
- Conversational high level of English (suppliers, clients, Verbal and Writing)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or similar).
- Have personal car and Driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- a Strong understanding of green building practices and sustainability principles is a plus.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday)
