Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program
- Reporting to the Corporate Compliance Officer and Compliance Committee on a regular basis to review progress on program implementation and assisting with establishing improvement plans
- Reviewing employee Standards of Conduct Certification Statements
- Developing and implementing a Compliance training
- Developing policies and programs to encourage staff to report suspected fraud or impropriety without fear of retaliation
- Developing and communicating the objectives of the Compliance Program and report accomplishment
- Accessing records relevant to compliance monitoring activities and report findings
- Compiling reports of calls received, investigations conducted, findings and recommendations
- Establishing and communicating reporting procedures and reporting modes available (e‐mail, voicemail, suggestion box, etc.)
- Interviewing internal and external customers periodically
- Conducting unannounced mock surveys, inspections, audits and investigations periodically to assess readiness and to specifically identify where corrective actions are needed
- Reevaluate areas of previous deficiency to identify improvements
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:

- Male & Female, Age 30-40
- Bachelor ‘s Degree /Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Law
- Work experience in industrial relations or compliance functions
- Knowledge in labor law, labor relations law is a mandatory requirement
- Experience conducting efficient investigations and developing policies and procedures
- Able to conduct training activities and investigation process independently

- Work well under pressure
- Understanding partially on criminal law or civil law, will be advantage
- Excellent time management
- Ability to adjust to changes in company policies, procedures, and priorities
Workplace Area: Bangrak
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00

Salary: 45,000-50,000 THB/Month
