Contract Manager (80K - 100K) (SDG-52493)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Ensure the organizational principles of integrity and compliance.
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.
- Interface with insurance companies regarding adequacy of coverage and purchasing needs.
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally.
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, variation, extension or renewal, as appropriate.
- Personally manage supplier relationships and have face to face negotiations for Key Products and Preferential Partner Agreements, which may include Exclusive Conditions, Deposits and Risk Contracts.
- Achieve the necessary terms and conditions needed on each contract to succeed in the market place, with a focus on Pricing and Availability.
- Represent the interests of the company on Face to Face Negotiations, Work-shops, Seminars, Travel Trade shows and Site Inspections.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40 - 55 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Engineering and/or Law
- At least 5 years of experience in Engineering and Law field in Contract/Agreement work especially in Engineering/Electronics/Construction companies
- At least 5 years in Management level
- Excellent skills of verbal and written of English (to use in English contract/agreement and in the internal/external meeting with Law/Engineer field)
- Able to work independently
- Able to work out of office (e.g. in the meeting with external partners)

- สร้างความมั่นใจในหลักการขององค์กรว่าด้วยความซื่อสัตย์และการปฏิบัติตาม
- ร่างประเมินผลเจรจาและดำเนินการตามสัญญา
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับซัพพลายเออร์โดยทำหน้าที่เป็นจุดติดต่อเดียวสำหรับเรื่องสัญญา
- ประสานงานกับ บริษัท ประกันภัยเกี่ยวกับความเพียงพอของความครอบคลุมและความต้องการซื้อ
- จัดการการเก็บบันทึกสำหรับการติดต่อและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญาทั้งหมด
- ให้การแก้ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญาทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- ตรวจสอบและทำสัญญาการปิดสัญญาการเปลี่ยนแปลงการต่ออายุหรือการต่ออายุตามความเหมาะสม
- จัดการความสัมพันธ์กับซัพพลายเออร์เป็นการส่วนตัวและมีการเจรจาแบบตัวต่อตัวสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์หลักและข้อตกลงหุ้นส่วนพิเศษซึ่งอาจรวมถึงเงื่อนไขพิเศษการฝากเงินและสัญญาความเสี่ยง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 40 - 55 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทด้านวิศวกรรมและ / หรือกฎหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีด้านวิศวกรรมและกฎหมายในสัญญา / ข้อตกลงทำงานโดยเฉพาะใน บริษัท วิศวกรรม / อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ / ก่อสร้าง
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในระดับการจัดการ
- ทักษะการพูดและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษที่ยอดเยี่ยม (ใช้ในสัญญา / ข้อตกลงภาษาอังกฤษและในการประชุมภายใน / ภายนอกที่มีสาขากฎหมาย / วิศวกร)
- สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระ
- สามารถทำงานนอกสำนักงานได้ (เช่นในการประชุมกับพันธมิตรภายนอก)
