เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายวางแผนองค์กร
<Job responsibilities>
- Establish the Mid-term plan, costing and budget.
- Prepare and submit the summary reports of the company and its affiliated entities.
- Analyze financial data and Identify trends, Opportunities, and potential risks, etc.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- To provide business operation reports for supporting managements' decision-making and to develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and organizational charts.
- Update Organization Chart and Job description.
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดทำแผนระยะกลาง การวางแผนต้นทุน และงบประมาณ
- จัดทำและส่งมอบรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ และบริษัทในเครือ
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินและระบุแนวโน้ม โอกาส และความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ฯลฯ
- ช่วยเหลืองานอื่น ๆ ตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย
- จัดทำรายงานการดำเนินการทางธุรกิจเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของฝ่ายบริหาร และพัฒนาและรักษาคำอธิบายงานและแผนผังองค์กรที่ถูกต้อง
- อัปเดตแผนผังองค์กร และคำอธิบายงาน
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in data analyse role.
- Conversation high level in English (Communicate with Japanese management and Head office from JP)
- Strong in MS office, particularly Power point and Excel
- Strong analytical mindset and skills, including statistical analysis of large data records, data analysis is an advantage.
- Ability to Communicate effectively both in Thai and English with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player, with a Flexible and open-minded attitude.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Sat: 1-2 times / month, depending on the company calendar))

- มีประสบการณ์ในบทบาทการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 5 ปี
- สามารถสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับสูง (สามารถสื่อสารกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นและสำนักงานใหญ่จากประเทศญี่ปุ่นได้)
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS Office โดยเฉพาะ Power Point และ Excel
- มีความคิดและทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ที่ดี รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติของบันทึกข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลถือเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ และมีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- ทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดีเยี่ยม มีทัศนคติที่ยืดหยุ่นและมีใจเปิดกว้าง
