Cost Accounting Assistant Supervisor (24K – 27K) (SDG-115529)
ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้างานบัญชีต้นทุน

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure & record fixed assets ready to use of cost project by monthly.
• Prepare confirm fixed asset report by monthly and print tag of fixed asset of cost project.
• Physical count fixed asset by monthly of cost project
• Ensure and prepare report stock Factory supplies, Packaging and Spare parts
• Coordinate with manufacturing team for inventories.
• Calculate cost by product and prepared Manufacturing cost statement of cost project.
• Ensure RM, WIP, finished goods and reconcile with PC report of cost project.
• Ensure allocation Overhead expense to each product by correctly of cost project.
• Analyze variance of RM cost, Variable cost and Fixed cost by product of cost project
• Other assigned by supervisor.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ตรวจสอบและบันทึกสินทรัพย์ถาวรที่พร้อมใช้งานของโครงการต้นทุนรายเดือน
• จัดทำรายงานยืนยันสินทรัพย์ถาวรประจำเดือนและพิมพ์ป้ายของสินทรัพย์ถาวรของโครงการต้นทุน
• นับสินทรัพย์ถาวรจริงประจำเดือนของโครงการต้นทุน
• ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายงานสต็อกของวัสดุโรงงาน, บรรจุภัณฑ์ และอะไหล่
• ประสานงานกับทีมผลิตเพื่อจัดการสต็อก
• คำนวณต้นทุนตามผลิตภัณฑ์และจัดทำรายงานต้นทุนการผลิตของโครงการต้นทุน
• ตรวจสอบ RM, WIP, สินค้าสำเร็จรูปและการกระทบยอดกับรายงาน PC ของโครงการต้นทุน
• ตรวจสอบการจัดสรรค่าใช้จ่ายค่า Overhead ให้กับผลิตภัณฑ์แต่ละตัวอย่างถูกต้องของโครงการต้นทุน
• วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของต้นทุน RM, ต้นทุนแปรผัน และต้นทุนคงที่ตามผลิตภัณฑ์ของโครงการต้นทุน
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Female only
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field
• At least 3 years of working experience as Cost Accounting from any manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of fixed asset
• Strong knowledge of formular in Excel *mainly use Excel for calculating cost
• Knowledge of SAP program
• Conversational daily - middle level of English *Email and document
• Able to use MS Office program
• Able to attend Face to Face interview
• Cost Accounting from Electronic manufacturing industry is preferable.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat: Every other Saturday)

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Excel เป็นอย่างดี *ใช้ Excel เป็นหลักในการคำนวณต้นทุน
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม SAP
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา *ส่งอีเมลและเอกสาร
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้
• สามารถเข้าร่วมการสัมภาษณ์ตัวต่อตัวได้
• มีความรู้ด้านการบัญชีต้นทุนในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เป็นที่ต้องการ
