Duties & Responsibilities:
[Outline]: Responsible for the Sales and/or Profit and Loss of our Thailand office
Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers
Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives
Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections
Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff
Drive aggressive growth to grow Thailand business by increasing sales channels (direct and indirect) and by increasing current sales order of installed base and going into diversified industry segment.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Work closely with South East Asia Leadership team based in Singapore to set clear direction, good and timely decision-making, leading and motivating team to implementing business plan
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
Desired skills & experiences:
[Minimum Requirements]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age above 37 years old
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Good knowledge industrial sales in Thailand and their effective routes to market, preferably in pneumatics and industrial automation industry
10 years’ experience in industrial sector in Thailand; 2 years in P&L management with 5 years in sales management, at least 2 years at Thailand country level
Has track record of 20+% sales growth for 2 consecutive years or experience in turning around an ailing business
Strong direct sale skill and able to motivate team.
Able to communicate in English in business level
Commercial experience in at least one of the areas: Commercial experience
with Commercial Vehicles, Rail or Energy Sectors or with Valves
Solid sales background preferably in pneumatics and industrial automation industry
[Preferred Qualifications]
Knowledge of fluid control market in Thailand and their key players
Skills to deal with distribution channels, OEMs and project sales
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangplee / Samutprakarn
Working Hour:8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
