Work Outline: Handle oversea customers (Malaysia, U.S.,etc.)
Duties & Responsibility:
•Provide help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
•Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
•Investigate and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
•Accurately update and record all import/export documents whilst also taking care of other documentation such as sales quotes
•Regularly liaise between customers, haulers and suppliers on a daily basis to arrange collection of freight, sort out any problems and ensure that bookings do not exceed allocations
•Process all leads and follow up any potential sales
•Compile and analyze trade statistics and data to improve a trade marketing strategy
•Work closely with the accounts department, assembling and providing reports on trade data to efficiently maintain management accounts
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 28 - 40 years old
•At least 5 years of experience in automotive industry
•Experience in handling oversea customers
•Effective communications skills, Team player, Open & Positive mind.
•Good command of both spoken and written English
•Excel skill (Microsoft office)

•Experience in handle oversea customers in trading company about automotive parts

Working Hour:8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
