Duties & Responsibility:

Providing assistance and advice to customers using organization’s products or services
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
Investigating and solving customer related issues which may be complicated
In charge of accurate records of discussion or correspondence with customers
Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
Write reports analyzing the customer service
Other tasks as assigned
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male & Female, Age 25-39
Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related fields
Good Command of English(Business Level) & prefer Japanese (N3 and above)
Fresh Graduate are also welcome
[Preferable]
Energetic personality, Good Interpersonal Skill and able to deal with various types of people
Experience dealing with suppliers/clients
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Japanese: Advance Conversation Level (N3 and above)
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 Mon-Fry (Work every alternate Saturday with OT special rate)
About the Benefit
Salary: THB 30,000 – THB 40,000
