Work outline: In charge of Customer Service, manage a team, handle complaint’s case
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Handle overall import shipment in air cargo
Ø Providing help and advice to customers on company’s products & services
Ø Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail, letter and face to face
Ø Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Ø Investigating and solving customer’s problems, which may be complicated or long-standing problems that have been passed
Ø Control advances of routine operations, especially inspection costs & other fees
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female only, age 32-37 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics
Ø At least 5 years of working experience in Forwarding agent in Air Import Cargo
Ø High responsibility and able to work in flexible hours
Ø Service Mind and excellent in details
Preferable:
Ø Live near airport
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: ART Suvarnabhumi
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08:30 – 17.30]
