ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Work with Sale and Sale co team
- Window with customer and internal about delivery
- Controlling and Analyze deliveries problems with customer and vendor.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, age 24-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Sales Coordinator in manufacturing business (If electronics business will be advantage)
- Good MS Office Excel (formula : Vlookup, pivot table, sumif, sumproduct, etc.)
- Good command in Japanese (N2 up for Thai person)

<Preferable skills>
- Sale co from electronics, manufacturing, and automotive business

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: Samuthprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon - Fri <Saturday Working: None, Work in Office 100%>)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและการขาย
- หน้าต่างกับลูกค้าและภายในเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่ง
- ควบคุมและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการส่งมอบกับลูกค้าและผู้ขาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 24-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ในงานบริการลูกค้า หรือ Sales Coordinator ในธุรกิจการผลิต (หากธุรกิจอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- MS Office Excel ที่ดี (สูตร : Vlookup, pivot table, sumif, sumproduct เป็นต้น)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (N2 ขึ้นไปสำหรับคนไทย)

<ทักษะที่ต้องการ>
- ขาย co จากธุรกิจอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การผลิต และยานยนต์
