Perform as a contacting point between company and customers (Inbound and outbound)

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
Prepare and Generate reports to the head quarter ( Inventory and logistics reports , Monthly Management Analysis reporting )
Handle request regarding system issues.
Handle products import related matters.
Manage stock inventory
Manage NPTH Homepage
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Aid customers in completing purchases and transactions
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Perform as a contacting point between company and other countries
Qualifications:
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai or Japanese Nationality, Female preferably, age 30 - 40 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
Having experience of working or studying in Japan or Japan Company.
Excellent in English and Japanese (N1,N2)
Able to perform business trip in upcountry and oversea occasionally.
[Prefer]
Having some work experience in Coordinator, Customer Service will be advantage
Posing Positive and Can Do Attitude
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level (N2 and above)
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asoke, (MRT) Sukhumvit
Working Hour: Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 18:30pm (First shift) 11:00pm to 20:00pm (Second shift)
(One hour lunch break)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-70,000 THB/ Month
