เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)

<Job responsibilities>
- Handle Customer inquiries and Coordinate with customers.
- Keep records of Customer inquiries in the department.
- Contact customers after receiving the service to determine their satisfaction with the service.
- Perform Customer service tasks efficiently


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ตอบคำถามลูกค้า และประสานงานกับลูกค้า
- เก็บบันทึกข้อซักถามของลูกค้าในแผนก
- ติดต่อลูกค้าหลังจากได้รับบริการเพื่อตรวจสอบความพึงพอใจต่อบริการ
- ปฏิบัติงานบริการลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or other related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Have computer skills. (Excel)
- Have Good human relations skills and be Able to communicate with internal personnel and external.
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Have computer skills in Vlookup
- Local people in Bang Bo, Bang Chalong or Huachiew area

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Saturday (Working on every sat) WIO 100%)

- อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เขตบางบ่อ บางโฉลง หรือหัวเฉียว
