Job Detail

Customer Service & Order Management (30K–45K) (SDG-117715)

<Job responsibilities>
- Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Order entry
- Coordinate with members in CS & Supply Chain team
- Arrange shipment
- Issue correct shipping documentation
- Support Sales Managers
- Supply various documentation to customers
- Contribute to resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem
- Other assigned tasks by the manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in BA or other relevant fields
- At least 3 years experience in Customer Service in a Trading Company
- Knowledgeable on import and Export in Asian countries.
- English conversational high level (Communication with Asian customers, documents, and e-mail)
- SAP knowledge required
<Preferable Skill/Experience>
- customer service and Logistics skills
- Global company
